I am a licensed real estate broker established in 1985, specializing in property management and rental housing and am available to teach awareness programs.  I was an instructor for the Utica-Rome Real Estate Center for 7 years teaching real estate requirements for continued education for NYS Licensing.

In addition to instruction, there will be handouts and speakers, information in where to purchase books, visual tools and class interaction.

Fee: $35.00 per student in advance for 6 hours - 2 days or evenings.  Must have at least 5 persons in class to schedule.  Location to be determined.
